SLT 1800 is the latest high-end intelligent hollow block machine of SELECT with large production capacity and high degree of automation. With the most advanced Germany technologies, various types of standard and special concrete products such as hollow block, interlock, curbstone and solid bricks can be produced by SLT 1800.
In order to improve production efficiency, product quality and meet requirements of concrete block products and machine operation&maintenance from customers, Germany new techniques were introduced to SLT 1800. Automatic diagnosis system, high efficiency servo vibration system, high precision servo hydraulic system, quick mould-change system, intelligent HMI system, etc., which promoted block making to a new dimension.
4-axis servo-drive vibration system
Introducing servo-drive vibration technology to block making machine vibration table is a new reformation. The servo motor can respond very quickly in a very short time, realizing higher vibration performance, shortening the production cycle, enhancing the density of concrete products, thereby reducing the cement consumption. In addition, this vibration system is able to adapt to production requirements of different concrete products.
